Lost package

Most useless courier company in Jhb. They lost my package. I had to eventually go there and speak to the ops manager. I have been messaging him to find out the progress. Last communication was, "we can't find it, sorry about it." No further reply on my messages and not answering my calls. CF210 who collected my package is now denying that the package was collected. I have video footage that it was taken. Apparently she had never scanned the package because her scanner was flat. How do you accept a package if you know you should scan it unless the intention was there to ***** it. At one point on the message she accepts that she has to pay for it. I forward all the necessary but to no avail. Worst courier company and worst service ever.
