Lost items

I have lost goods through fastways couriers which were dispatched to them By Buffalo Intl Logistics .According to Fastway couriers, my goods were amongst the lost items when their car was hijacked. Unfortunately Im being send from pillar to post when enquiring about the replacement. NO one is giving me a clear answer between Buffalo Logistics International and Fastways Couriers

Buffalo Logistics is just kwwpjnv mum about this whole ordeal,& they are the main online retail channel provider from China to South Africa. I'm so frustrated now
