Loosing parcels

WORST service ever. Collected parcel for a client on the 11/11 and it still hasn't arrived at the client. This is not the 1st time. If your parcel is small they seem to have no care in the world. Refusing to answer emails and when you phone you get treated with so much hostility. Still dont know where my parcel is , on the site it show it is still in transit from Durban to Cape Town,. Since the 11th. Useless
