Lies lies

I'm ready not happy with the service,the driver who delivers at Sunnyside didn't come at all and he **** on the status update saying that he could not locate me,my phone was on the whole time, Edward who is the manager let me do follow up by myself,I'm convinced that the driver didn't come because it was new years eve,he got too excited, he was completely dishonest about my package,I don't even know if I'll ever get it.
