Laziness and rudest SO CALL COURIER FASTWAY WELKOM

If i could give zero stars i would. They are extremely rude my parcel has been out for deliver for 2 days now and still nothing When you send them a message first they block you on the first number then on the second number they tell you they will not go to computer to check for my parcel because they are busy when i asked them to send it to someone at office he told me no one is at the office ..how does a courier company run without any office staff ? I reallt think this is just a poor excuse and laziness. Lucas then told me the driver is in Hennenman and will go to riebeeckstad after hennenman still i am waiting..M24 should wake up and see that FASTWAY is giving them a ****ty name due to poor service...no one even phones or communicate with you...this is a **** show of a company
