late order delivery

i battled with the courier for more than 4 days with my order for avon and their driver still lie saying was at my work place late and tried to call me. their call center kept on transferring my call to a driver who did not answer.i'm very disappointed with their service were i have to battle to get an paid order.Get drivers and consultant who knows what they are doing.
