Late Delivery

Firstly having this difficulty in receiving my goods ordered from Avon through. I have waited from the 12/12/2018 for my delivery because of the SMS notification I have received on the 07/12/2018 & the 10/12/2018 notifying me that will receive my goods on the 3rd day. Upon not receiving my goods I have called them a number of times to get assistance but they never made a point that I get my goods on time even now as I write this review I'm disappointed because I have been called back today to alert me that I will receive my goods but even now I'm not in possession with my goods.
