late delivery

Hello Peter, i have sent a parcel with fast way to cape town on the 2nd June 2015 to a company called shoe city in cape town, today is the 8th and they still waiting for their parcel, on the bag that i have put the parcel in i wrote my contact numbers in case there's a delay but no one bothered to call me and explain what is the problem, inside the bag there's invoices which the customer must pay my company now is late they say they wont pay, i had to call the courier today and spoke to Refilwe and she still did not give me a valid reason why is still not delivered and it must take only three working days to be delivered, what makes me angry is that the bag that i used to send the parcel with is been paid because its a prepaid. my tracking no. is VA***
