Late delivery

They are suppose to deliver to my area on a Friday and Tuesday. So I placed my order already on Monday, leaving them ample time to deliver by Friday. Yesterday I emailed just to make sure when they would deliver and I was told that it would be today, Friday. Come Friday they simply stated that they will only deliver on next week Tuesday, without any valid reason. This is not the first encounter. Last year they also delivered to my area only on certain days. Once , it took them 2 weeks to deliver my parcel and the day of delivery was a day totally different from they day that they were suppose to deliver. It seems like they themselves do not know when they are suppose to deliver and where. Their service is definitely not recommendable or trustworthy.
