Late delivery

My parcel was in Witbank last week Friday, 12/02/2016. I stay 149km from Witbank. Then my parcel was not sent to me after I explained exactly where I stay; 70km from Ermelo, 25km from Chrissiesmeer. Then on 16/02/2016 my parcel was sent back to Johannesburg, and on 17/02/2016 to Nelspruit (151km from Warburton), when I phoned them they said its on its way to POLOKWANE?! THEN on 18/02/2016 sent back to Johannesburg and then today 19/02/2016 my parcel is back in Nelspruit again? <br> <br> My address on the parcel is: N17 Old Oshoek Road, WARBURTON 2333. This place can be found on the GPS and numerous parcels have been delivered to me at this exact location. <br> <br> NO PERSON SEEMS TO PHONE ME AND TRY AND HELP ME AS ITS CLEAR THAT THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHERE TO SEND THIS PARCEL, THE PARCEL IS JUST SENT FROM ONE DEPOT TO THE NEXT.
