late delivery

I've been waiting for my parcel since it was dispatched on the 20 Jan since then when I track it it shows that its inbetween cape town and east London depot but it was from Jo'burg. I don't know what tondo now as I'm depending to that parcel for me to make money. No its beyond control now.
