late deliveries and no contact centre to assist after 8:30 am

Fastway couriers are the worst honestly, I place my orders on time, but it is never delivered within the days they advise it will be. Invoice ***0 & Invoice ***1 have been laying in the East Bay since Tuesday last week. Plus, their chat bot times are 8:30 am till 5pm, but I still get an automatic reply that their chat bot is currently closed. There is also no urgency, their management just notifies you that they will see wat they can do, last month I went through the same thing and they did not even try to deliver my parcel faster. fastway is the slowest
