Late and Unprofessional Service Delivery

Our company thought it would be a good idea to extend Fastway’s contract to continue doing deliveries to our Representatives. Fastway’s Service delivery is extremely unprofessional. A parcel of one of my Representatives has been scanned out for delivery for 3 days now and still it hasn’t been delivered. If you cannot step up your game, business will be taken away from you. Fastway will not be delivering parcels to my Representatives any longer.
