Lack of delivery service

Be careful when using Fastway Couriers, even though they are getting paid for delivery services, they are not delivering a service. They picked up my parcel on the 5th December and has been at their West Bay depot since then, it just shows on the track my parcel section the parcel is onboard the courier vehicle or that it has been left back at the West Bay depot, with no attempt to send me an sms or notification that the driver is on the way. Further to this, my parcel consists of resin for my 3D printer and due to the lack of delivery service for 3 days already, my printer stopped printing as I was unable to fill the resin tank as you can not stop or pause these type of printers, otherwise you have to restart the whole 3D model from beginning.
