Im so frustrated right now. A parcel was send from cpt to jhb. The parcel was in jhb on 8/12/21. I called 09/12/21 only to find out it was send to jhb and not vaal. I was them told the parcel will leave that night to vaal. The next day 10/12/21 parcel still didnt leave and i was tols the same thing. 11/12/21 no update on website 12/12/21 my parcel is in pta.. i mean ***!!!!!!!!! Im furious, the content in the parcel is extremely urgent and they busy sending it to where they feel like. I even submited an online enquiry yet it still went to the wrong place. I want my parcel!!!!!!!

13 Dec 2021, 08:36i have still not received a reply or call from your useless service. ive been transferred from pillar to post from 8am this morning and every time the phone cuts. ive called jhb and pta. you'll are useless and *********** people. I'm so fed-up with this *** service. the contents in this parcel its urgent and you guys just don't give a rats @ss!!!!!!!
