Just ridiculous, no other words

If I could rate zero stars I would. Paid for delivery service for 2 to 3 business days, They collected the parcel on the 10th May and told me TODAY (DAY4) that'll only be delivered on Friday (day 8).

When I emailed the Bloemfontein branch where the parcel is (for the whole week now) they rold me they don't have enough parcels to deliver today (should've been delivered today like it was on the update last night)

When I called the Bloemfontein branch to ask about the parcel they told me it was a scanned error

2 different stories from the same branch, this is ridiculous. They can't even tell the same story and then they call themselves reliable! Reliable for what? For lying and bull****ting because their not going to fix the damages they've caused in my small business
