Junior Makhada

My parcel has been in east bay 1 for 6 days. The courier is not picking up his phone and our office closes 16:30. He is scheduled to be in the area 17:30 everyday. How am i suppose to make the necessary arrangements with him if his phone is off and fastway call centre is useless!!!!!! I ordered on the 8th of August it is already the 20th of August. I wish I had a choice between fastway and buffalo!!!!!
