Jameson the worst delivery person around - no customer service from Fastway

I had the terrible experience of having Jameson hoot at my driveway without even coming out of the delivery van to drop off a package. When I went outside, he was still inside the van hooting - I then asked him why he didn't jump out and check if anyone was there he had a terrible attitude and jumped in his van with the package and drove off.

The next day, he came back and same story. He was hooting without even checking if anyone was outside, my wife was waiting for him by the gate and he still didn't even jump off the van. I went outside to his window again. He still had an attitude saying he was waiting for me to come out. Seriously? Funny thing was that it was the wrong package and it wasn't for us. I asked him if he was new and his attitude was worse - saying obviously not he has been delivering for a while.

Very disappointing service. Jameson needs to go for training or have some customer service instilled in him to continue this job.
