James Matshevha Very rude and bitter

Fastway Pretoria has been sitting with my parcel for 3 days when my Woolworths online shopping was meant to be delivered 01 March 2024 . I had bought clothes for my son to wear for a party and today when I call James Matshevha he was rude to be and even hanging up saying there was nothing he can do and I should never call him. I urge companies not to use Fastway as this was not my first bad experience. The other day I had to drive to a garage to pick up my order as driver advised she was scared to come to my neighbour hood.
