I’ve been trying to help regarding my parcel, fastway offers no help with their customers!!! You call they don’t pic up your calls! You send them messages they don’t respond! They will forever say way for an Agent! They’re service it’s pathetic!!! I’ve been waiting for their drivers call and when I tried to call back their numbers they forever put you on hold!!! I had to buy airtime twice!!!!😡😡😡😡😡
