It's a NO for me, very poor service delivery and customer support.

I honestly believe that the owners and management of this company take service delivery seriously. I haven't waited 9 days for my package yet, however by reading other reviews I believe that this is what will happen with my delivery too. After contacting the Cape Town Depot telephonically and by a miracle they answered the first time, but got cut off with the call being transferred. The call was just not picked up again. Contacting them via Whatsapp is a joke. "We will follow up and get back to you" Is the only response... When will this be 3021? The same applies to online enquiries... I will be writing the store I've bought from so that they can change their courier service, which is really an impact / reflection on their own service delivery. Fastway Couriers - It's a no from me!
