Items not delivered

Fastway couriers has my parcel with them which they were supposed to deliver on Monday and they didn't deliver I didn't have a problem with that cause I thought maybe they will deliver on Tuesday. Monday when I was tracking my parcel it's indicated that it's was in the vehicle. Tuesday I received an email that the guy attempted to deliver of which I didn't get any call from the delivery guy and no one got to my place as I was there the whole day. I responded to the email that they sent me of which I told them that my address was accurate and my cellphone number was accurate. Now I've been calling Joburg fastway for a feedback and they're not really assisting me. I spoke to the lady called Phuthu who has been trying to assist me as others were so rude. Phuthu said I should try and call PMB fastway has my parcel is there but to my surprise they're not responding to the emails, their landline isn't going through. I'm frustrated cause I was waiting for them to tell me when they will attempt to deliver again or better yet if they don't want to deliver to this address they should ask for another address then. I have been calling this fastway company. Im surprised how they couldn't locate me whereas they have delivered to my place last month. And today same thing when checking for my parcel it's says they located again to deliver and didn't find me but how? Why ain't they calling me cause they have my cellphone number. Please assist me PMB fastway couriers needs to make communication with me about my parcel. I need it. Please help me Hello Peter
