Items missing and no response

Items gone missing and no response from company when following up. Very poor service from a company that is entrusted with customers belongings. I won't be surprised if the company goes out of business soon. They do not even deserve a 1 star rating. Using this company has cost me so much money that I wish I never dealt with them. It has been more than 3 weeks and no one can tell me where my items are. Each person at the company just pushes the problem onto another and they just send me round and round in circles. If you know what is good for you do not deal with them as you will be left crying.
