Is this a business or a ****?????

How does this company even still exist. They must be the worst courier in the country. Waiting since 21 December for parcel. Constant telephone calls with promises that they check and call me back, but never happens. Tried emails also no joy. Facebook enquiry also no joy. All i see is updates on the tracking number that says driver has a problem at my estate. But there has never been a phone call to me from a driver at all. These people need to stop lying and loose thier license to trade as i see a **** here.
