Is it possible to give MINUS ratings?

This is not the first time I've struggled with FastWay in trying to get information out of them regarding parcels. They don't respond to the chat, no matter how many times you phone, they either disconnect the call or "forget" to follow up. And don't even try to log a ticket or send an email!!! I'm sure even writing this review is wasting my time and energy as it seems like the customer service department couldn't give a rat's ass about satisfaction. At least the courier in my area is capable of doing his job well.
