Irresponsible Services from Fastway

Fastway Durban services is absolutely dissapointing. Had a package which needed to be delivered by Friday. And it has been in and out of the courier vehicle. And to date my client has not received the package. She has been waiting and has been inconveniencing neighbors, according to tracking her parcel, it was stating out for delivery today, and it went on from Thursday. Very dissapointed with Fastway, this is the second incident that has happened to me with a client l, Fastway again.
