*****ing of parcels and keeping parcels for extended time at depots

This is the most unprofessional courier company. My parcel has been sitting in their depot for the past two weeks. Now today they send an email at 9am saying it will be delivered. In the afternoon I receive an sms from someone instructing me to meet them at the police station to collect, only for them not to answer calls. I have been calling their offices for the last two weeks to ask when it will be delivered, and they do not answer calls. Who delivers parcels on a Sunday and instructs clients to fetch them from wherever.

We pay for delivery and customs. I'll never buy from Temu ever again. This is very disappointing.
