Incredibly poor service from Fastway Couriers

Incredibly poor service from Fastway Couriers. They claim to contact you before delivering a parcel, yet no contact was made, no doorbell rang or even a hoot in front of the gate. The website notes that one is to utilise the Courier Locator however on this occassion the Courier who was suppose to deliver within my area had no knowledge of my address, parcel or area. Thereafter I attempted to reach the Depot line, with 13 failed attempts I was able to reach the switchboard on two occasions with promises of reaching the courier, yet on every occasion I was told that the Courier could not be reached and there was no alternative way of any communication. Therefore no one was able to provide any clarity on where my parcel was or how same was going to be delivered. Communication is poor and service delivery non existent. I would rate them a -10 out of 10
