Incredibly poor customer service

I've never had any issues. Now, short and sweet - tells me they've called me numerous times (on an incorrect number). After establishing the number is incorrect, and numerous emails from my side - I was told that there is no answer on the new number and they will only be attempting it once more. I am so confident that they have NOT called that I stated I will disclose call records. But I guess it seems clients are ***** and they can wait more than 14 days for parcels/deliveries.
