Incopetant Fastway!!!

Absolute disgusted. I sent out two parcels for same day delivery on the 27/11/2018, it was uplifted before 13h00, my client is still waiting for delivery, and the call centre said upon enquiring that delivery will only be made sometime on the 29/11/2018. They also just confirmed that the drivers "don't have time" to deliver them today!! How is this possible? Absolute radicicolously poor service. Never in my life have I ever encountered such *********** customer service!!!
