What an *********** service, head office and driver's all the same.

I waited for my parcel and only to find out that the alleged drivers were not in the possession of my parcel so both head office and drivers have no idea where my parcel is. I was promised that I will be given feedback by 17h00 by a consultant named Lebogang and this did not materialized. The so called drivers sounded as if they were under the influence of alcohol and they don't answer their calls and headoffice can't even reach their drivers. So my parcel is nowhere to be found.
