My daughter ordered items from Mr Price Home to the value of R600. On Thursday, 3 March 2022 a courier from Fastway phoned me to say he's at my home. I went outside but didn't see him. I phoned him and asked him where he was. He was at the wrong address. I give him the correct address and he never showed up. On 7 March I received a notification from Mr Price Home that my parcel was delivered, but it was definitely not delivered to me. Every time I query this matter it says the parcel will be delivered the next day. I'm really upset about the incompetence of your employees. The correct address was given to Mr Price Home and the courier still didn't get it right. I want to know to whom this parcel was delivered to. Also, are you going to refund me the money I've spent on this order?
