I requested my goods from takealot jhb DC. That was a month ago. Spoke to Jack busy, manager. She did nothing. Spoke to obakeng, the takealot account consultant. Sent me from pilar to post.

Right now 17 June. I have no idea who has my good between takealot and fastway couriers.

I requested from takealot. Booked collection. Adaptis confirmed. Fastway also, booked collection. But I never got my goods. Obakeng told me someone cancelled my collection from takealot. And up to today that someone at takealot has not bothered to email. Jacky buys the account manager. Useless.

So I'm going to police to open a case. Maybe they can force takealot and fastway to deliver my goods.

Sad sad state of affairs.

I just got a reply from Obakeng fastway Jhb. He says theres nothing they can do.

Takealot is responsible.

One month.

They should be arrested.

Takealot. Of no help.
