I emailed a consultant last Friday morning. No reply after an hour or so. Emailed again. I immediately phoned and spoke to Barbara, very friendly young lady who told me to email her the pickup address which I did. No reply from her after that. Finally a reply came through from the 1st girl saying courier is arranged. I rep**** to her saying I had spoke to Barbara, and they must please communicate with eachother so that there is no double booking. No reply. I instructed them that I am leaving home at 1pm, and if courier hasn't arrived he must collect from the gate. 5:30pm I get home, courier hasn't picked up. I contacted my sales manager who found out that the courier was asking the girls what the pick up address was so he could come and collect. The original girl Illhaam, told him to \leave it". <br> My sales manager arranged another courier to pickup who only pitched up late Monday afternoon. She was to arrange a special express flight so the parcel would be in Durban by Tues. By Wed"
