*********** - can't work out how to call customers

Absolutely pathetic service - which is the nicest thing I can say without being banned from posting reviews.

The courier company decided for themselves which suburb I was in, by typing my postal code and literally selecting the first suburb that came up!! Then instead of picking up the phone and calling me - they just never did. They also logged failed attempts to contact me TWICE within the same MINUTE on the same day - both before 08h00 in the morning.

How is it you guys are even still operational??

And now - after me wasting my money to try to get this resolved for the past week, it's being sent back to the supplier!!
