Truly the worst company to use when you run a small business. Not only do they lose your parcels but their incompetence exceeds even your wildest imagination. Firstly no one in their call centre is competent enough to update contact details, trace a parcel or even tell you how to cancel your account with them. I am truly exhausted and sick to my core. I just want my money back and my account closed. No matter how desperate you get dont use them . Infact only use them is subpar service is your thing.
