Incompetence of staff working for Fastway couriers
This is the worst courier company This is also my second problem within 2 weeks. Kroonstad us halfway between JHB & Bloemfontein. They drove 250km past kroonstad to Bfn. Then they drove 250 back to kroonstad. Al of a sudden my parcel end up in Durban and it's supposed to be delivered tomorrow because they only do deliveries on a Tuesday to Kroonstad. The people in Jhb and Bloemfontein is not competent to be working there and useless in delivering a parcel. Temu is going to loose me as a client!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really appreciate your help with my parcel that was send to Durban and is now on the way back to Btn then Welkom and then to Kroonstad. Much appreciated 👏
