Incompetence & negligence to paying customers

I paid duty and VAT on two separate orders; 1. CR*** - R101.15 2. CR*** - R63.35 I got a Whatsapp confirmation that both payments were received after immediate payment on 30/08 & 31/08, however it took them almost a full month to return the goods, after the orders were stuck in "query" and now via Whatapp I just get told no payment was received. They also dont answer their phones! I am disgusted with this pathetic service and the fact there is no way for a customer to get hold of someone to complain. I want my money back, and I will never use this company again.
