I called them on the 6th, and they assured me my parcel would be delivered on the 7th. Surprise, surprise—it didn’t show up. So, I called again on the 8th, and the response? “Sorry, we don’t know why it wasn’t delivered, but it’ll be there later today.” Great, right? Wrong. I called again that afternoon, and was told the driver was "on his way." Spoiler alert: my parcel never arrived.

And before they even think of using the tired excuse of “no access,” let me remind them that I specifically requested they call me at the gate, since the intercom is broken. Guess what? Not a single call.

Fastway Couriers, your service is a joke. If you can’t deliver on your promises—or even your parcels—then maybe it’s time to rethink what you’re doing.
