Incompetance and lies

I called Fastway Pretoria to confirm address and they had the incorrect address. They said they will change the address but still delivered to the incorrect address. When i called again, Wonder told me that the parcel will be sent to Mafikeng and delivered the very same day. i see no delivery and cannot get hold of anyone at Fastway Pretoria
