Incapable of delivering and fixing their error

Have waited over a week for delivery because the delivery driver "has the wrong number", but the office can get hold of me. So no communication between the office and the driver to get the correct number. Just excuses when I phone the office, they even blamed the security guard for being unable to deliver. The guard even has my number to get hold of me if needed. Shocking service from them. I hope OneDayOnly do not use them again.
