Inability to perform!

I still have not received my parcel to date. Firstly, my parcel was misdirected to the wrong depot. Now my parcel has been on board the courier vehicle four times (7, 8,9 and 12 June) but does not make it to me. I've been calling every day. Apparently the driver said he has a backlog but that absolutely has nothing to do with me. This is absolutely ridiculous.
