I'm not happy with fastway courier

I'm not happy with fastway courier. First it was my woolies order for delaying. Now it's My BATA ORDER. they collected my order from BATA on 25 November, my estimated was 2 December 2025. I haven't received my order yet. No communication. When I called them the Pretoria branch they don't answer. They number that they display in email they said there joburg branch,they said I must leave the message, still they haven't get back to me.... Pretoria branch they don't answer phone... Worse part is that when they want to delivery they will tell you to them halfway to police station whereas you pay door to door delivery.
