ILL TRAINED STAFF

Ill Trained staff. Call and tell you a parcel is due to your address but they cant even get the company name right that they are calling from nor can they tell you who the parcel is from. Seems very suspicious to me Not quite sure what kind of courier service you are running Please train your staff and stop wasting people's time
