Ignorance, and lack of passion for customer excellency.

I have found this courier company to be ***********. I place an order with a certain e-commerce shop one time, and they were assigned to deliver my parcel. The first time they delivered my items, the driver called 15 minutes before he could reach my location to arrange for deliver. first thing is the E-commerce shop sends a notification to say my delivery is on the way. So 15 minutes before delivery, the driver calls and he asks me to come outside and meet him there because he is afraid to leave the car unattended, which I understood. The second delivery came and I was appointed to this stupid courier company. Again, I get a notification "your item is in transit to your address." Mind you, my location says office park, 5th floor. First driver said he could not reach me over the phone, then my order was returned to their depot. Second attempt driver calls at 7 pm to arrange for delivery at an office park, and I locked off at 5 pm.
