Failed to deliver my parcel - apparently they couldn’t get through to me (no one called and I was home all day). Then when I tried to get assistance, (a) the contact numbers on their home page don’t exist, (b) their customer care WhatsApp line is unresponsive and (c) when I eventually got through to the JHB branch (I’m in Cape Town) they put the phone down on me.
