If unprofessional and incompetence was a company It would be fastway couriers!!!

You know with all these bad reviews you would thing fastway couriers would care enough to actually do something about it....Basically waisted my moms birthday waiting the whole ****en day for them to deliver my package and when I called them to find out if I'm still getting my delivery they had the audacity to tell me driver's phone was off with no care in the world then cut me off....I had to find out from someone that I can actually access the drivers info including his num...I always make it a point to make a note that they must ask for proper identification when delivering because my neighbors are I don't get along with my neighbors...Still the guy that delivered didn't even call me but went in the house next door and mind u I'm enemies with all my neighbors and they could have easily impersonated me and taken my package because they didn't even ask me for identification I just said I'm Busi and he gave me the package it's just wreckless behavior if u ask I must just make sure that when buying I make sure they not using this courier service period!!!
