I WANT MY PARCEL WHICH I PAID FOR

What is going with fastway couriers?my parcel with tracking number:2G*** was suppose to be delivered monday,and due to snow they didn't,and it was assigned for delivery today Still the driver didn't come nor call.Their service is poor I dont wanna lie and they must call their company slowly not fastway.
