I WANT MY PARCEL

SHOCKING SERVICE ZERO CUSTOMER CARE MY PARCEL HAS DIAPPEARED INTO THIN AIR THAT I HAVE PAID FOR AND THERE IS NO CARE OR RESPONSIBILITY FROM THIS COURIER COMPANY. The whole week my parcel is bouncing between depots but it's not getting delivered to my house. Either my parcel is lost or has been ****** but there is ZERO feedback. At times staff has told my son they don't have feedback, they don;t know when the parcel will be delivered. Me they've told next day, next day. Today is the 9th and my parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 4th. Buffalo why have you outsourced to this useless courier company!!!??????
