I thought that they were one of the best courier companies but clearly I was mistaken

I thought that they were one of the best courier companies but clearly I was mistaken. Tried calling multiple drivers numbers to see when my parcel will be delivered, it's either no answer from the drivers or they do answer but they have a stinking/arrogant attitude. I tried calling the depo in Kempton Park and no one answers. I asked to speak to an agent on their WhatsApp and till now no agent has contacted me. The rude driver that spoke to me (Junior Makhado) told me that I would get my parcel delivered today after 14:00 and till now I still haven't received anything, when I try calling it just goes voicemail. Their service is just unprofessional and pathetic, no assistance whatsoever.
